We scan them to determine accurate dimensions and then carefully recreate them. The result is that these pieces are accurate down to 0.001 mm! This is unmatched by any other in this industry!
• Our products are made out of our custom RIGIDYNE material. And we use real metal pieces when needed to ensure strength and quality.
• We change molds frequently so that each kit piece is crisp and accurate. You won't need to waste time on prep work or part cleanup!

SHIPPING:

The price of this pre-order does not include shipping. Shipping prices are very fluid, and our pre-orders can take up to a year to produce. We charge the actual cost of shipping from our facilities to you when your product is ready to ship. This will be sent as an invoice to the email that you provide at checkout. You must pay for shipping in order to receive your purchase. The cost of shipping varies based on the size of the product and your location. We do not add any additional fees to the cost of shipping. After you finish the checkout process, you will be sent an email that includes a link to our Discord Server. This is a great way to stay up to date concerning the status of your order. You can also view production updates on our website.

REFUNDS:

This product is made-to-order. The funds from your purchase go directly to the production of your purchase. As such, we do not offer refunds.

PAINTING:

By placing this order, you are commissioning Merlin Models to professionally hand-paint your statue. The model kit version is expected to ship in early 2025, and then we will begin the process of painting your status. This process adds additional time to production, and the amount of time can vary based on the size of the statue and the overall number that have been ordered. Typically the Model Kit version will first ship to those that ordered it. Then the process of painting your statue will begin. You will be updated through the email that you provided at checkout when it's time to ship your painted statue.
